The commands ”SG” and ”SN” doesn’t seem to work. I get the response “ERR” every time I sends one of these commands

You have used the unit with communication set to the factory setup which is “half duplex”, and is used for two wire RS485 communication. This setup only allows the unit to send data on request and not automatically, like the “SG” and “SN” commands normally starts. The solution is to select “Full Duplex” by using the “DX2 command, if you are using four wire communications, otherwise it is not possible to use these commands.
